RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and architect end-to-end solutions based on business requirements
Create technical specifications, integration points, and data mapping documentation
Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards
Successfully deliver ServiceNow projects in a lead role
Collaborate with project managers and team members to manage project timelines
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Develop custom applications, workflows, and automation within the ServiceNow platform
Implement enhancements to existing applications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to custom applications
REQUIERMENTS
Demonstrable experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on involvement in ServiceNow implementations and custom application development
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including Service Portal, Service Catalog, and related modules
Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective solutions for complex business requirements
Solid project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently
Superb communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, collaborators, and team members
