Our Client

Our Client is a subsurface-driven private oil and gas exploration and production company.


  • Preparing documents and execution of formalities and operations in relation to the Trade Register
  • Preparing addresses and responses to various authorities relevant to the company’s activity
  • Monitoring the company’s official email address and redirect emails received to the relevant departments
  • Administrating document’s entries and exists, receive / send fax, send documents by courier service
  • Centralizing and transmission of weekly and monthly reports
  • Responsible for internal and external communication activities, such as brand management, press releases, designing written materials for social media, media relations, CEO’s conference participation planning
  • Managing social media pages, monitoring audience indices and action accordingly
  • Managing website’s content and other internal communication channels and tools
  • Organizing international and internal visits


  • Experience level: 5-6 years
  • University studies in the field of law, business administration, communication or similar
  • Analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to organize the activity in accordance with deadlines
  • Ability to simultaneously cover multiple tasks
  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skills through social media networks (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook)
  • Legal knowledge is an advantage
