RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
- Monitor key performance indicators, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize budget utilization and control expenses.
- Streamline financial workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Prepare operational reports with actionable insights to support management decisions.
- Map and redesign processes to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational guidelines, and regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate operational risks
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong experience in financial operations, budgeting, and process improvement
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into operational insights
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and focus on operational efficiency
