Our Client
Our client is a leading supplier of software solutions to accountants and auditors worldwide


  • Execution of the goals set in the yearly plans as part of Management team of the company (Europe & Middle East)
    • Main person on the ground in Bucharest
    • Participation in recruitment & further growing the team once the COVID crisis is
    • over
  • Manage customer support & success (design and monitor processes, making sure customers are well supported and new customers are onboarded successfully)
  • Manage and coordinate localization and customer projects (training)
    • Translate business opportunities into priorities
    • Planning
  • Primarily internally focused
    • Available as go to person for staff traveling
    • Improve internal processes
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Management of local Romanian formalities
    • Payroll and HR formalities for the whole team
    • Office


  • Affinity with or experience in the domain of auditing and final reporting
  • Passionate about software / technology
  • Experience in managing a software business or another modern commercial business (more work experience than only audit is a must)
  • Common business sense (able to allocate resources based on strategic importance and business opportunities, negotiating)
  • Modern management principles of working with highly educated professionals
    • Stimulate pro-activeness
    • Create atmosphere of innovation and initiative
    • Mentor tothe team in personal development and overall professionalism
  • Fluent in English
