Responsibilities
- Operate and manufacture components from technical drawings using a variety of materials
- Program, operate, and maintain 3-axis CNC lathes/milling machines, ensuring production targets and schedules are met
- Manufacture both custom one-off product parts and batch stock
- Utilize expertise in tooling, cutting edges, and measurement tools
- Use software like Fusion 360, CAD, and similar, with the ability to interpret and draw technical designs
- Work independently, solving machining issues and demonstrating initiative
- Reliable, trustworthy, and efficient with proven experience in a similar role
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years Technical Drawing and CNC Programming skills required.
- Turning and Milling skills
- Programming skills
- Experience with Fusion 360 / CAM software / SolidWorks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with manual lathes would be a bonus
