RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of endpoint ensuring optimal performance, security, reliability
- Manage software deployment
- Provide technical support to IT Teams from hardware and software issues resolving escalated endpoint-related incidents
- Maintain records of endpoint configurations, policies, procedures, and KPI
REQUIREMENTS
- Robust skill set in scripting and query languages like PowerShell and SQL
- 3-4 years of hands-on experiencewith end-user Operating Systems inside a Microsoft Directory
- Proficiency in managing tools such as SCCM and INTUNE, and a deep comprehension of software distribution concepts
- Beyond technical expertise, the ability to troubleshoot end-user issues with wisdom and efficiency
NICE TO HAVE
- NITIL certification or strong understanding of IT service management
- Proactive attitude towards continuous learning
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
