  • Leading QSR brand with 1,200+ locations in 24 countries, using proprietary tech for efficiency. Currently operates 10 restaurants in Romania, set to double this year

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the search, selection, and expert evaluation of commercial real estate sites for restaurant openings
  • Perform competitive landscape analysis and assess the market potential and customer access of prospective locations
  • Conduct technical and economic feasibility assessments, ensuring each site meets the company’s operational, branding, and compliance standards
  • Prepare investment proposals and location presentations
  • Engage with landlords and property managers to negotiate lease terms and finalise agreements for both new and existing properties
  • Oversee the documentary and legal process related to leasing, permits, and transaction closure
  • Collaborate with operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company targets
  • Stay informed on real estate market trends and generate insights to support long-term site planning
  • Demonstrate self-leadership, manage priorities autonomously, and adapt quickly to a fast-paced, evolving business context
  • Show openness to learning and applying financial analysis and investment evaluation frameworks

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in real estate development, location expansion, or network planning, ideally within HoReCa, QSR, or retail
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven success in acquiring and launching commercial sites
  • Ability to work independently, manage fieldwork, and make decisions with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-traffic, consumer environments
  • Eagerness to develop financial acumen related to site selection and investment justifications
  • Familiarity with zoning regulations, permitting, and site technical requirements
  • Proficient in preparing and delivering business cases to executive stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to coordinate with cross-functional teams
