RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions
Preparation and administration of personnel files
Centralization and verification of documents required for employment
Management of activities related to occupational medicine (medical appointments, follow-up of skill sets, liaison with medical centers)
Preparation of employment documents (job descriptions, labor contracts, additional documents, etc.), as well as drafting various documents solicited by the employees
Compile monthly employee day-to-day timesheet, track and centralize changes with payroll impact and/or labor contract impact
Supporting in organizing employee activities (team buildings, parties, training, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
Proven 4-year experience as an HR Admin or relevant personnel /administrative position
Knowledge of Romanian Labor Legislation
Good knowledge of English
Organization and prioritization skills
Willingness to develop and discover the good in HR
