RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions
  • Preparation and administration of personnel files
  • Centralization and verification of documents required for employment
  • Management of activities related to occupational medicine (medical appointments, follow-up of skill sets, liaison with medical centers)
  • Preparation of employment documents (job descriptions, labor contracts, additional documents, etc.), as well as drafting various documents solicited by the employees
  • Compile monthly employee day-to-day timesheet, track and centralize changes with payroll impact and/or labor contract impact
  • Supporting in organizing employee activities (team buildings, parties, training, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven 4-year experience as an HR Admin or relevant personnel /administrative position
  • Knowledge of Romanian Labor Legislation
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Organization and prioritization skills
  • Willingness to develop and discover the good in HR
  • A friendly approach
