Job Description

Our Client

Our client is a multinational banking and financial services company headquartered in Paris, and one of the largest European financial-banking services groups.

Responsibilities

  • Performs data management and administrative activities and manages related requests
  • Provides timely and quality transactional and administrative HR services, in accordance with assigned tasks and in accordance with defined processes and SLAs
  • Hiring management – data entry into HR systems, contract preparation
  • Data and employee file management: create and modify personal data, create and modify professional data, draft various documents (eg endorsements, attestations for employees, contracts, etc.)
  • Management of input- output of data into the HR system
  • Management of absences according to the receipts received
  • Compensation management: compensation updates (in accordance with the annual compensation review or on request) and the drafting of related documents – eg. letters on wages, endorsements
  • Receiving and verificating of supporting documentation for activities related to the perimeter processes (in electronic format)
  • Payroll management – processing of transactions in the payroll system, according to the agreed payroll schedule with our partner
  • Follow-up of the staff’s clocking system in line with work time and absences
  • Electronic archiving of documents related to managed tasks, in accordance with EDM principles
  • Communicates with employees and / or HR representatives of internal customers, eg. to request corrective or additional information, confirm receipt of requests to be processed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in the field of economics / social sciences / HR
  • Average / advanced knowledge of specialty and experience in HR
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
  • Mandatory knowledge of foreign languages: French, English advanced level written / spoken
  • Minimum 2 years experience in the payroll or admin process for France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg
  • Results oriented, proactive approach to HR topics in the area of activity
  • Advanced interaction skills
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information
