Job Description

Our Client:

Serrala is an international provider of end-to-end solutions and services for efficient and secure optimization of financial processes in the areas of: inbound and outbound payments, cash and treasury management, data and document management.


  • Support the onboarding process of clients by configuration and initializing set up
  • Troubleshooting of functional issues encountered during the processing of Remittance Advices/ Supplier Invoices in SAP/ FS2 Autobank or FS2 AP
  • Proactive monitoring of customer processes.
  • Creation and maintenance of master data in FS2 Autobank/ FS2 AP
  • Collaborate across teams to optimize customer success
  • Identify opportunities to improve services
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently. Coordinate across product teams throughout Serrala, including engineering, product, cloud operations and other teams


  • 3 years’ experience working with SAP (user/ key-user role)
  • At least 1 year experience working with FS2 AP or FS2 Autobank (user/ key-user role)
  • Good understanding of end-to-end processes on Receivables and Payables side
  • Technical education
  • You thrive on solving issues customer problems
  • You enjoy working with new technology: SAP, Autobank, FS2 AP, cloud, web services
  • Knowledge of MS Windows/ MS SQL Server is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Follow up and follow through mentality
  • Strong customer focus
  • Analytical skills
  • Good command of English, both verbal and in writing. German would be nice to have
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical bachelor’s degree (technical disciplines preferred)
