Responsabilities
Design piping routing according to P&ID’s, Client specifications and applicable standards and codes
Piping detail design including 3D model
Design primary and secondary supports
Setup of Piping & Equipment General Arrangement (GA’s), Isometrics, Isometric book and checking
Preparation of MTO’s, Valves List
Develop input data for Civil discipline
Collaborate with the designing team to properly implement ideas
Communicate and interface with other engineering disciplines
Evaluate and analyze client’s requirements
Review of Vendors documentation
Requirements
Bachelor`s Degree – Mechanical Engineer
Minimum experience as a design piping or mechanical engineer:
Junior: 1 year
Mid: 3 years
Good use and knowledge of programs: Microsoft Office Package
Extensive experience with Autocad 2D and 3D
Experience with other design software represents an advantage (Plant 3D, Inventor, )
Knowledge of design norms and technical prescriptions
Good communication, planning and organizational skills
