Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from engineering to commissioning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and resource management strategies
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to ensure project quality and compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships to align with project objectives
- Monitor progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions as needed
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience managing large industrial projects, preferably in the energy or power generation sector
- A strong technical education background, ideally in engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality assurance
- Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to effectively work with and align cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
