Job Description

Our Client

  • One of the largest groups of European financial-banking services. The company offers consulting and services for individual clients, companies and institutions in three basic areas: Retail Banking in France, International Banking Retail and Global Corporate and Investment Banking Solutions. The company offers professional services in various fields of activity (finance/accounting, procurement, human resources and IT)


  • Produces the performance report for each process/team/analysts
  • Leads the creation of action plans by identifying corrective and preventive actions together with the KYC team leaders/ Process experts, aiming to resolve all quality issues and prevent subsequent occurrences
  • Identifies risks related to the non-performance of the KPIs agreed with the client and proposes mitigation plans
  • Based on the control results, identifies quality improvements opportunities for KYC activities
  • Contributes to maintaining or improving the quality level of Know Your Customer operations by formulating proactive solutions, collecting and analyzing quality data
  • Monitors the efficiency, effectiveness and progress of the implemented solutions
  • Actively contributes to the preparation of analyzes and presentations to the client, participating in meetings dedicated to quality control

Requirement s

  • Experience in quality controlling – min. 2 years
  • Experience in process analysis, continuous improvement
  • Basic knowledge of LSS/Agile/CAPA methodologies
  • Fluent in French
  • Very good effective communication skills both written and oral
  • Able to work in high pressure environment
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Very good attention to details
  • Risk orientation skills
  • Positive attitude and a cooperative person
