Responsibilities
Support in the construction and further development of customer-specific platforms based on the Atlassian toolstack (focus: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
Support services in the administration and configuration of Atlassian tools (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence) and expansion through Marketplace Apps
Order-related support of tasks for the operation of cloud-based applications and the administration of the relevant middleware in the context of Atlassian tools
Support in the development of automation for the Atlassian platforms based on cloud/virtualization technologies
Participation in setting up, configuring and commissioning monitoring systems for the Atlassian solutions mentioned above
Requirements
Standard/Senior practical experience in the administration, customizing or operation of Atlassian environments
SCRUM certification is an advantage
Standard or Senior of the Atlassian tools Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence
Standard or Senior knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Docker Swarm, Kubernetes)
Knowledge of at least 2 of the above cloud technologies (OpenStack, openShift, Azure, AWS, Google)
Knowledge of monitoring technologies (e.g. ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus)
Good knowledge of administration and scripting with Linux
